convenient locationdust in cornersstale items
the location was convenient because the metro station was very close.
The room was not as clean as i expected. I noticed dust in corners. breakfast lacked variety. There weren't many options i liked and some items seemed stale. i found this quite disappointing.

faulty air conditioningineffective soundproofing
The air conditioning in my room did not work. The room remained too warm! i contacted the front desk several times, but the issue was never resolved. also, i noticed that the soundproofing in the rooms was not effective. i could hear noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway.

The room was clean and acceptable.
The air conditioner did not work in our room, so we had to complain multiple times before being moved at 11 PM. Both of the second rooms had holes in the walls where lights were missing, and shaving mirrors were missing in the bathroom. The experience was not pleasant.

The hotel room was very clean. I appreciated the prompt attention from the Guest Relations team when I needed assistance. The breakfast included fresh food with many choices. The guest relations team checked on me every day. I was charmed!
The pool was not connected to the hotel and was in a different building.

The staff was consistently attentive. Front desk personnel were present and helpful. Staff, such as Ruya Hanim, really stood out for providing information and addressing needs quickly. I was grateful.

Neda was an helpful employee. She was also friendly and understanding. i loved the gorgeous view from my room. housekeeping provided a very good service. It was 10/10. i really felt at home. the pillows are the fluffiest i've ever slept on. the bed is very comfortable and relaxing.
The hotel is not easily accessible to key locations. everything was at least 30 minutes away by taxi. public transport took over an hour. the location wasn't ideal for a first-time visitor to the area. I should have researched it better.
